Deco restaurant's excellent food is best described as modern Australian but each dish also has its own unique twist. The gorgeously appointed interior incorporates classic art deco features in a refined dining space.

Step into the Springs Retreat Mineral Spa, and enter a sanctuary of calm and relaxation. The Mineral Spa houses 3 open air mineral pools, a sauna, steam room and 8 treatment rooms offering a good range of relaxing and rejuvenating therapies.

Traditional Room: Located on the first floor these rooms are decorated in modern/art deco style decor. Bedding is 1 Queen bed + 1 Single bed. Maximum room capacity for Adults & Children is 3.

Garden Spa Rooms & Hotel Spa Rooms: Choose between modern/art deco style Hotel Spa Rooms on the first floor or modern/country style Garden Spa rooms behind the Retreat. Hotel Spa rooms have a bath style spa and private balcony. Garden Spa rooms have a 2 person spa bath on a private outdoor deck. Bedding is 1 Queen bed + 1 Single bed. Maximum room capacity for Adults & Children is 3.

Superior Room: Each room has it own unique style and features. Choose from the Gatsby Room with bronze Kaiser Bath, the Springs Suite with separate sitting room or the Superior Spa Rooms with free-standing spa baths. Bedding is 1 King bed. Maximum room capacity for Adults & Children is 2.

Terrace Room: Located on the first floor of the Retreat, featuring a two person spa bath set into a bay window the Terrace room also features a private outdoor terrace and LCD TV. Bedding is 1 King bed. Maximum room capacity for Adults & Children is 2.

Dining

Deco Restaurant is where modern Australian cuisine meets 1930s Art Deco style. The Deco team has worked with some of the best chefs in the industry today and is taking a lead from a number of fine regional venues. Their aim is to deliver a modern Australian dining experience with fine wines in a friendly relaxed atmosphere. Enjoy the a la carte meals prepared by their inspiring, talented team of Chefs. In order to deliver the best dining experience possible, bookings are essential and booking times must be adhered to. The food is complimented by an extensive wine list, featuring wines from the Daylesford area plus a broad selection from most Australian regions.

The Retreat Cafe offers friendly, relaxed dining either inside by the warm fires or outside in the Cafe garden. Room service is also available for lunch each day, however a surcharge applies.

The Springs Retreat Mineral Spa: Tucked away in the gardens of the retreat, the spa houses a relaxation room, three open air mineral pools, a sauna, steam room and 8 treatment rooms. Choose from a complete range of massage recipes, including relaxation, aromatherapy, deep tissue, shiatsu, Reiki or try one of our signature facials designed in accordance with traditional Chinese methods. Our unique Steam Room, plunges red hot granite rocks into a copper cauldron filled with lavender scented water, releasing clouds of skin-cleansing steam, while the hydrotherapy baths, with up to 180 individual jets, gently wash away your tensions and toxins, leaving you feeling fresh and revived. You'll be pampered from the moment you walk in through the door and receive your robe and slippers, to the time you wander, refreshed and rejuvenated, back to the relaxation lounge for calming cup of tea. The Mineral Spa is open by appointment, seven days a week from 8am to 8pm.
